My dear sister, all the thoughts expressed about Carol so deserving and true. To me though she was just my big (or I should say "little"!) sister, always understanding, always deeply caring, always there and the very heart of our family. Will be missed so much by us all. My love and thoughts too to David, Lynn and Alice ... you've done Carol proud.

Carol was much loved by friends, colleagues and family. Kind, caring and generous, Carol never hesitated to help friends, family and strangers. Both as a nurse in her early career and later as a practice manager at Kesgrave and Ipswich surgeries, Carol was conscientious beyond the call of the duty and tireless in effort, she always gave her all. She will be missed greatly by Dave, her husband, Sandy her sister, her two daughters Lynn and Alice and her three, much loved grandchildren, Ben, Thomas and Bella - who could always rely on Grandma to spoil them!
